The Experience
I spent 20 years behind the curtain in HR and got the education by obtaining a Master's in HR Management and Marital and Family Therapy. I’ve seen every system, every "default" setting, and every loophole used to keep the balance sheet in the company’s favor while the humans doing the work got the short end of the stick.
The Motivation
I got tired of watching the system win by being "too complicated" for people to fight. I realized that the only difference between you getting your money and the company keeping it was a bit of math and the right words. So, I built the cheat code I wish everyone had.
